Hello you wonderful people, I am back with another blog post featuring MISSREBEL!
Todays blog post is a little different because I need your help. I have a party/ gathering (quite casual nothing too posh) which I have been invited to and I am unsure of what outfit to wear.

I was recently asked to pick and review two items from the lovely online retailer Miss Rebel.I have never purchased anything from there before so I thought it was perfect since I could give a first time buyer review. Miss Rebel sell cheap but high quality clothing to women including a plus size range.

Here is the first outfit...

The first outfit is a simple t-shirt paired with a leather textured skirt from Topshop, I opted for a skirt because I don't want to let go of the lovely weather just yet. I'm not quite ready yet.

I decided to choose this t-shirt because I firstly love how its looks like a simple top, but not too plain and boring. I love how it is baggy and is long enough for me to wear tucked in and out of different clothes. I have seen a lot of tops definitely with similar quotes to this one, but they were in jumpers or just didn't quite take my fancy. I can definitely see myself getting a lot of usage out of this and it may become one of my favourite tops to wear. I don't own many t-shirts (mainly jumpers) because I am normally always cold, but as it is a very light fabric it can pretty much be worn for a lazy day or a casual going out day. I also love the addition of the pink box detail around the word 'FASHION' it really makes it stand out and add a bit of colour to the top.

The second outfit...

This outfit is completely different to the first outfit, which is more summery.

This outfit is made up of a very funky graffiti print blazer from Miss Rebel, a cute lace crop top from Topshop, some leggings with mesh detailing and leather from ASOS and some black boots from Newlook.

Let’s start with the blazer, something which I wouldn't normally buy, because it’s quite wacky and a little out of my comfort zone. In my previous blog post I based it on stepping out of my comfort zone, which is why I decided to choose this item. I’d love to be one of those people who really love to experiment and change up there style, but sadly I have never really given it a major thought. I decided to pair this blazer with a lace crop top which again is out of my comfort zone, since I very rarely wear them (due to the weather) and then some leggings with a very cool mesh detailing.

I was pleasantly surprised at how light the jacket was, normally blazers (for me anyway) are a bit heavy, but this wasn't. I love how colourful the blazer is making an all black outfit stand out and inject some serious colour into the outfit. Before I decided to choose to wear the blazer I was slightly worried about how dull the outfit looked, since the majority of my clothes are black and not very colourful,I figured this was a great way to add a bit of 'life' to the outfit, especially as the detailing on the blazer is so beautiful.

The only downside of this blazer is that I will probably not get much wear out of it sadly.

I am very happy with the quality and prices of these items of clothing and will definitely be buying clothes from them in the future.
